Here’s a summary of some upcoming grant funding deadlines:

13th August 2013
Scottish Power Green Energy TrustFunding towards renewable technologies, including small-scale hydro, wind power, biomass, landfill gas, solar energy and ground source heat pumps. The Trust can provide up to 50% of the project costs up to a maximum of £25,000 but most projects receive around £10,000.Back to the dates

BIFFA AwardGrants of between £150,000 and £500,000 are available for the following two themes: Rebuilding biodiversity and Cultural Facilities. Projects must be within 25 miles of a BIFFA operation.Back to the dates
31st August 2013
EDF Energy’s Green FundFunding of up to £30,000 is available to Schools and Community based/education organisations towards the costs of renewable energy technologies.Back to the dates

Health Innovation Challenge FundResearch and Development funding is available to accelerate the clinical application of projects that are well advanced along the development pathway.Back to the dates

10th September 2013
The Scottish Power Energy People TrustGrants of between £20,000 and £50,000 are available to projects that:Grants of up to £50,000 for projects aimed at alleviating fuel poverty.  Applications are particularly welcome from charities who work with children, young people and families.Back to the dates

The Mercers CompanyGrants of up to £10,000 towards charities working in the areas of social welfare, family welfare, youth support and care for the elderly.Back to the dates

Community Plus LondonCommunity Plus London programme offers small grants, up to £5,000, to London projects working at grass roots and local community level across a wide range of activities. Projects supporting health, skills and employment outcomes for young people are especially encouraged.Back to the dates

Esmee Fairbairn Collections fundThe Fund aims to broaden access to, and use of, museum collections and focuses on time-limited collections work outside the scope of an organisation’s core resources. Each grant is within the range of £20,000- £100,000. Grantees are expected to join an MA run network which encourages shared learning and training.Back to the dates
