Charity Fundraising Ltd now has a presence in London! Our new office space, just half a mile from King’s Cross Station, offers a central hub for our existing clients (and those considering investing in our services) to meet with our consultants and supporting staff members.

Much of the building itself was built in 1769 for use as the Phoenix brewery. In 1999/2000, Shepheard Epstein Hunter Architects converted the building; carefully opening the vast space to reveal the original open plan form. Phoenix Yard is located on King’s Cross Road and offers a lively atmosphere in which a range of companies are either based or have a presence.

We expect to hold fundraising training events in London, with participants able to travel easily from across the UK and from any mainline London station to King’s Cross.

Oscar Bingham, one of our Fundraising Officers will be permanently based in Phoenix Yard with other members of staff working from the London office intermittently.

Our head office function will continue to be delivered from Woodbridge, Suffolk. We also have members of the team based in York, Barcelona and now London, making face-to-face meetings with our current (and prospective) clients more convenient. We understand the importance of meeting with our clients and are pleased to be able to offer our services from a number of locations.
