Needs Identification and Consultation
Needs Identification and Consultation
Can your charitable organisation demonstrate strong primary and secondary evidence of the need for your service? Our consultants can help to identify the needs you are addressing and evidence them comprehensively.
Community consultation, service user focus groups, questionnaires and interviews are all great ways to gather evidence of need for a particular service. However the design of any consultation needs to be carefully planned out to ensure it is relevant, effective and accurate. Our consultants can help to plan and undertake the research required.
Secondary research can also be extremely valuable to back up your findings. Existing sources of information such as Government statistics, academic research, local authority development plans and research undertaken by other voluntary sector organisations can be a great source of additional evidence of need.
We work with many of our clients to develop and improve consultation methods and undertake secondary research. Our input can identify new areas of need as well as provide comprehensive evidence to potential supporters of the need for your current or planned services.
Please get in touch to discuss how we can support you to develop and strengthen your evidence of service need.
Your report was received by the Trustees at last night's meeting with thanks. It was commended all round and considered a most worthwhile contribution to our project.
