Project evaluations give you essential feedback to assess the effectiveness of your services. For charities to achieve the greatest impact they must constantly review, develop and improve the services they can offer and ensure that they are addressing the needs of their beneficiaries.

Charity Fundraising Ltd helps voluntary, statutory and private organisations assess the impact and quality of their work. We provide support and mentoring to enable organisations to understand the effectiveness of their activities and improve their services. Across our team, we have collective experience of working with charities and other civil society organisations which spans more than 100 years.

We will work with you to plan and undertake an evaluation that is in line with your needs and those of your funders, service users and any additional stakeholders.

Once we have identified the nature and scope of the service to be evaluated, we will review monitoring data collected during project delivery and identify any areas to be strengthened with additional research and consultation. This typically consists of planning, developing and undertaking interviews, questionnaires and/or focus groups. Our full findings are then presented in a detailed and professional evaluation report which you can share with funders and other stakeholders.

Our consultants have conducted external project evaluations for dozens of charities in a wide range of fields such as: Housing; Genetic health conditions; young carers; older people; learning disability; advice services; arts and many more. Many of the evaluations we have done are prepared for specific funders such as Big Lottery Fund project evaluations.
