Block funding achieved for cbm Ireland

€2,550,000 Funding

We are delighted to have achieved multi-year block funding of over €2.5 Million for international development programmes of cbm Ireland and their partners. The funding, from the Civil Society Fund of Irish Aid, will support six programmes in; Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo. Activities will support wide-ranging medical, social and economic needs of people with disabilities.

Extensive involvement from our fundraising consultants over a sustained period has included: programme design with cbm partners and regional staff in the field, development of policy documents, verbal presentations, strategic plans, written applications and supporting documents.

This success follows on from previous funding achieved for cbm Ireland, bringing the total amount raised to over €4 Million. This funding will enable cbm to achieve significant impact; restoring ability to thousands of people with a disability and creating opportunities for some of the poorest people in the world to improve their lives.

We look forward to continuing the successful partnership of Charity Fundraising Ltd and cbm Ireland.
