£45,000 for Construction Youth Trust
Fundraising Consultants at Charity Fundraising Ltd are delighted to hear of two further successes for Construction Youth Trust towards their Constructing Careers in Manchester Project - £15,000 from The Zochonis Charitable Foundation and £30,000 over three years (£10,000 per year) from The Equitable Charitable Trust.
Constructing Careers in Manchester will use a mobile workshop to provide awareness and initial skills and safety training for employment opportunities in the construction industry. Using a mobile workshop enables Construction Youth Trust to deliver services directly at the heart of economically deprived communities in Greater Manchester.
We have so far raised a total of £55,000 for Construction Youth Trust to implement their programmes of awareness training and support to enable young people from disadvantaged communities to access employment in the construction industry.
